  I ordered driveway Combo #1 with two chalupas and one taco, and I specifically requested refried beans instead of chicken. When I received my order and checked it, the taco was made with beef. I informed the staff that I had requested beans, but he refused to correct it and instead asked me to pay extra. He also refused to take back the incorrect beef taco. I was there with my 9-year-old son, and the staff member was extremely rude. I ended up leaving the taco behind and left the window because of how the situation was handled. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I later called the restaurant on my way home and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered claimed he was the manager, but based on how the situation was handled, I find that hard to believe. This was very disappointing, especially since my kids really like Taco Bell. If this is the kind of service customers receive even after paying, it’s unacceptable.

  I had the opportunity to visit Livermore Taco Bell twice today. The first time there was confusion about the order so got a free drink as I had not ordered even though I had to go round again to get the correct order. Then I went again to get another order when I think the manager was taking orders outside as the line was long when I had been there the first time. The same manager who sounded a little impatient with the customer service person in the first purchase seemed to have calmed down and was courteous to customers, even suggesting a package deal the second time. Overall I felt good because the food was fresh and tasty and the manager looked like he cared about the business and customers, just a little impatient with customer service people. Maybe a good trainee manager. The customer service person was also great as she was very courteous and working hard to fix things as she was getting trained. This place is especially appreciated as it is open in the nights as well🙂

  The customer service is extremely poor very bad When we visit the store, no one comes forward to ask if we need any assistance; we have to wait for a very long time, and no one on the customer service team speaks to us courteously. and And a boy with glasses works at the drive-through at night, and he doesn't speak well at all.very rudely nd not respectful with delivery person
