    Argumentative, rude and unpleasant . I tried giving this location a shot but they stayed true to their brand per people’s reviews . The Indian Sandwich Lady was argumentative and said she charges full price for foot long daily special deals and only the deal applies to 6inch with chips and drink , in which it does not stipulate that at any other subway. She said footlong with meal deal is $18. I said I only wanted the footlong but she insisted would still charge $18 still . They don’t care about what I wanted they just wanted to make sure I was charged $18. Stay away from this horrible location ! Makes sense why I saw every other business filled up at lunch time except that location. I guess she’s used to giving SLUM services and stuck in her ways.

    I was skeptical based on other reviews so I decided to order on the app to make it easier. I did notice that the in app coupons were not accepted there which was fine because I didn’t want anything that had a coupon. The food was ready early and the brief interaction I had with the employees was fine and I was in and out quickly. Got my sandwich back to the office and it was made wrong. I’d ordered a chicken sandwich and instead got what I believe was Italian meat with the toppings I wanted on the chicken sub.

    Avoid. Very low quality individuals running this place. This is certainly harmful to subway brand. The individuals there are not only dirty but has no sense of customer service. It appears as a health risk to buy from here. I threw my sub in the garbage immediately. Will report to health department and business bureau shortly

    If I could give no stars I defiantly would. Went there around 6:45pm because it said it was still open. When I walked in I didn’t even get greeted all I received was a “We are closed” . Weird..because the door was unlocked and their OPEN light was still on. When we told them it looked like it was open the person said “We are slow so our boss said we are allowed to close”. This is the 2nd time we had this experience and the only reason we tried them again was because they were in the way of us going home but NEVER AGAIN. No wonder they have such a low rating…

    This location lost a customer today. Customer service and communication is not a priority here. I frequent this location sometimes, and every time I have purchased a sandwich from the menu and have added vegetables (at the end of the line) as usual. I ordered their new honey chicken sandwich and when it came to the veggie selection, I ask to add other toppings not listed on the menu. The middle-aged lady goes on to ignore me. So I politely ask for the veggie toppings again. “You can’t add more”, she said. “You chose this sandwich and this is what it comes with. Can’t you read?” I was surprised. I asked why. She said that it’s what the sign says. But I then mention that I’ve been here the last week and ordered their same sandwich and she made it. She said it is new policy. I ask where is the sign that says that. She then just points to the menu item, which doesn’t specifically say anything aside from what that sandwich has as ingredients. She noticed I wasn’t going to pay for the sandwich so she decided to add the additional veggies I wanted. I’m not sure if this is new Subway or specific franchise policy, but if it is/was, there is no customer awareness of this change or enforcement. Again, I have been here several times and even ordered the same sandwich by the same lady the week prior. This was a disappointing interaction and quite embarrassing since there was a customer after me. It’ll definitely be my last time coming here since this lady wasn’t professional at all.
