The last two trips I’ve made there, I’ve had torn bags or today, the whole thing ripped, and I had to make 3 trips to take the food into my house. To say the least, this does provide good service. You’ve also been dogged with a lot of out of stock issues and this morning I couldn’t get any egg noodles except your Signature brand. Not a lot of choice there, huh! I hope you can improve things. I really don’t want to drive further, but…….i’m not about to recommend your store to another person. SIncerely, Chris

The deli is the worst deli I have ever tried to order from. Why can't we go back to a number system to help people? It's terrible waiting as it is for an employee to help you and then when you have 10 people standing there waiting for customer service it's up to us to keep tabs on who's next? Half the time there are plenty of employees to help us, but they ignore the line forming. The employees at this store are not happy people. The company doesn't pay these people what they deserve I am sure and couple that with dealing with the public- well you get rude employees. Tell me why I am spending money at this establishment?
