    Found a black bug in the order. Very frustrating. The lady in the counter seems reckless.

    Employees ignored customers and were generally rude. Took 20 minutes to order and pay, but since they don't accept credit cards (cash only), we walked out empty handed.

    Make no mistake about it, this subway is the best in the eastbay. I travel 20+ miles passing all other subways for the exceptional service here. Thank you!! Went today 10 April 2022, at about 130pm and the young man was horrible. I will only go there if the lady is working there. This kid was horrible. There is another subway near the McDonald's in Pleasanton and they are pretty good, definitely better than the young man who doesn't care and was bothered.
