The deli is the worst deli I have ever tried to order from. Why can't we go back to a number system to help people? It's terrible waiting as it is for an employee to help you and then when you have 10 people standing there waiting for customer service it's up to us to keep tabs on who's next? Half the time there are plenty of employees to help us, but they ignore the line forming. The employees at this store are not happy people. The company doesn't pay these people what they deserve I am sure and couple that with dealing with the public- well you get rude employees. Tell me why I am spending money at this establishment?

Actually, both locations in Livermore. Starting to wonder if Livermore has a severe SEWER problem. Why have residents of Livermore not raised concerns about the smells?! It's ruining businesses as they try to expand the beautiful wine country of Livermore. You can't hide BAD smells.
