On the 27th, I went in and waited more than 45 minutes at bakery no one available to help. Called the store while waiting but still no one. When I asked other employee's they either just looked at me or told me they could not help. I hope they get the help they need soon because this is a convenient, clean Safeway otherwise.

I’ve been ordering cakes from here for 11 years and never has it gone wrong till now.
