  The customer service is very disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably decreased, and every time I visit, the tables are dirty. This place has really gone downhill.

  Store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a little bit extra meat and he stepped in and was very condescending. I asked him not to speak to me the way he was, he escalated the situation instead of having a good customer service attitude. He refused to serve me. He should not be allowed to speak to customers this way. I hope they replace him soon. Also staff has way too much time on their hands to gossip. They should be cleaning and sanitizing the store, it’s a mess!!

  Always late .. always missing items when they open they always say no rice or no steak it’s not ready why open at this time of your food is always not cooked and ready

  I went to Chipotle on Jan 29, 2026 in the evening around 6pm. There was a really long line which was ok. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go. When I got home, I found out that the majority of the chicken was uncooked. Clearly the person slicing the chicken should have known better. It was completely pink, slightly opaque and was slimy. I had already eaten a little and it was just a gross experience.
