- SDSonali Dey6 days ago1.0Kiosk has different pricing (it’s more) , then if you pay in the counter . When I informed this to one of the employee he just denied it…I told him I can show you he just said “ you shouldn’t have use the machine. “ so just like that the machine charge you $1- $2 more.

After all that waiting the food didn’t even looked because of how mad I was for the wait. Management needs to figure out how to serve 15 people ordering chicken and steak sandwiches.

Not just myself but others noticed that if you ordered from the Kiosk it took longer than if you went to the register. Rather than apologize for the wait, the manager made excuses. I wouldn't have said anything if it hadn't been for the other customers noticing also. Three customers from the line that ordered after me got thier sandwich before mine came out. I had no special order or request so there was really no excuse and he should have said "it's not supposed to do that and I'll look into it" and I would have been satisfied. I did finish my sandwich and went on with my life after writing this. Cheers

- PPPhiOct 27, 20253.0Food court stall in the outlet. Cheesesteak and lemonade were ok. Small cheesesteak was more than enough food but extra beef might have been better. Fries with cheese sauce on the side were great, if too salty. Thick cut fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Less salt would be better.
