  Went to this place during lunch earlier today. Was a horrible experience with one of the servers literally shouting at me. Was simply trying to ask him 2 bowls with 3 crispy tacos each. If you cant understand simple english, you dont deserve a job there. Even though its busy time, customer service comes first. Happy to chay with corporate folks if they need more details. Not going here again.

  I got to the store 9:20ish PM. on 03/24/2026. I had picked up for Mia H. the girl worker asked us the names for pick up. I showed her "Mia H." on my phone. I saw an order already in the back counter sitting there the entire time I was at the store. 15 minutes+ passes and multiple customers doing a walk-in and pick up got their orders already. I decided to walk up to another worker, told him pick up for Mia without showing the phone. 20 seconds later, he finished making a burrito for another customer a d looked at the bagged food at the counter behind him that I cannot reach to. He gave it to me. BRUH Girl never even checked the bag!! I even showed her my phone! can't read SMH.
