  The other day I was craving Philly cheesesteak fries 🍟. I know that's totally not in the menu and I don't mind paying extra .An employee by the name of Czarina made it happen.I was totally satisfied and happy with the customer service.

  There was a lady with glasses whose name I don't know. She was quite rude and had an attitude as if she were being forced to work. They need to learn how to treat customers! The cup she gave me was wet all over with the drink, and even though she saw it, she didn't do anything about it.

  I had an amazing experience at Charles Philips Steaks! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really made my visit stand out was Edith at the register. She greeted me with a warm smile and provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find both great food and great service in one place, but this spot definitely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!
