  I was working on a project and I ordered food. I wasn’t paying attention to the food but once I got a break I ate I ordered 40 piece McNuggets and a burger and large fries for my partner and I. After eating a bit I realize I didn’t have my fries. I went up and let them know the lady working was very kind and said she would get them but then the manager over heard and asked me what my order was. I showed her my mobile order and she looked through the receipts and said that it was a while ago. So there I knew she didn’t believe me so I brought over all the food even the food that I already had ate. She said usually we put the fries on the top I showed that they weren’t there and that’s when she said that maybe I ate them. She was blatantly accusing me in my own face of trying to get free food. She told her coworker in Spanish because I’m guessing she didn’t think I would understand “ the kid says he didn’t get the fries” and I told her in Spanish if you’re going to accuse me and speak to me like that then I don’t want the food. Lady was rude and had lots of attitude she brought me the fries but at that point I didn’t want them. You don’t speak to your clients like that accuse them in your faces

  Came to eat they had 15 mins to close but she wouldn’t let me get a crispy mc because it would take 7 mins to make and they were to close to closing its bs will never come here again because I shouldn’t matter your open

  Usually I don't have problems here, but the delivery driver made off with my food, and uber eats is sticking me with the bill. DO NOT GET DELIVERY. I placed my order at 7:27pm. Expected delivery of items to my door, as every other delivery service ever. Driver parked out front supposedly, and called my phone. I did not have my phone on me to answer the call, and so according to uber eats, the driver drove away with my food. So uber eats is refusing to refund my money because I didn't answer my phone, and walk out to the street to take my food from them. I was in my living room, where my front door is that I was expecting it to be delivered to. If the driver was already at my house, and had left it at my door even if I hadn't answered, I would consider the transaction complete. I will tell you right now that it has been such a pain in my rear, that I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever order delivery from mcdonalds ever again. Nor from any other Uber eats service. Trying to get a refund on the app, nope, not there, struggled to find the spot where it says I need to called uber eats or door dash, but then I need to look up my receipt on my email, and then call that service. THEN!!! after all that, they refused! For real though!! I was home, near my front door, waiting for a knock that never came. Then I look it up on the app, and it says DELIVERED!! most certainly was not in any way shape or form. When I order something to be shipped to my house, or a pizza delivered, or literally any other service I pay for, it comes to my front door. This is all a major problem. It is not seamless, the cracks in it are astronomical. Its not working, JUST DONT OFFER DELIVERY. After that, I put in app order for pickup, got it myself through the drive through where the employees just shrugged and didn't know how to help. Delivery total 37.82 including TIP, SERVICE FEE and DELIVERY FEE. MCD Order number: 0fc0f. I expect a full refund for the delivery order, or at the very very least, a store credit for the entire cost of the meal. This review is going to be posted on every mcdonalds location I can find
