  Ordered a chicken quesadilla with no sauce, food came and I asked for the same sauce on the side since it's not on the quesadilla, they told me they have to charge me for it, told them it's the same sauce that comes in the quesadilla but want it on the side, they still told me they need to charge me for it. They don't care about the customer, all I hear in the back is employees cursing and just not a very kid friendly environment. Won't be coming back here, place is trash

  I’ve worked retail and fast food before, and I must’ve missed the policy where managers are supposed to lose their mind, yell across the store, chase customers outside, and trespass them over asking for a bag. I came in on a scooter, ordered my food, sat down and ate, and then asked for a bag so I could carry what was left. The manager on duty, Tiffany, immediately caught an attitude and said no. When I calmly asked why, she snapped that it was “for tacos only.” Fine. I walked away. After that, she started yelling across the restaurant about a 25-cent box like I had done something wrong. I declined it and went back to ask for her name so I could leave a review about how unnecessarily rude she was being. That’s when she completely spiraled—accused me of harassing her for asking a question, trespassed me, and then followed me outside to keep yelling it. She was the only manager on duty and very easy to identify. Again: all of this over a bag. No yelling, no swearing, no refusal to leave on my end—just a manager on a power trip who clearly doesn’t know how to de-escalate or act professionally. If this is how Taco Bell management handles basic customer interactions, don’t expect a normal experience here.

  Food is what you'd expect from a Taco Bell, but the customer service is top-notch. Every day around 3pm, this location gets SWAMPED with customers, but they handle the lunch rush like pros. The food comes out quick, the employees are personable, and everything is always fresh! One of the team members in particular is an absolute rock star. She always takes care of her customers and goes out of her way to provide the best experience possible. For example, I arrived 10 minutes after they closed on Christmas Eve, and even though their system was down, she still gave me chips, nacho cheese, and cinnamon twists FOR FREE as a thank you for being a customer. This is easily one of the best Taco Bell locations I've ever been to, and I believe some of the employees that work at here are long overdue for a promotion. 7/10 food but a 100/10 experience!

  This just might be the best Taco Bell in the Sacramento area. Clean, smiles, service oriented instead of atm-ordering, even Christmas decorations, plus great attitude.
