  Such a rude person behind the counter. You ask him to make a sandwich and he sneers. I politely asked him for extra lettuce and he slams down the knife he was holding to give me 3 pieces of lettuce. Terrible service. I understand that sometimes people are having rough days but I’ve gone there for years and every time he gives me service he is rude and gives such small portions of veggies and toppings.

  I stopped by here for lunch today and ordered a Turkey Italiano like I always do at Subway. The guy behind the counter said they can't make that sandwich. I told him it's exactly the same as the BMT, just subbing turkey for the ham. He said, "I know what it is. We don't do that. We can make it for you but it will be extra." I told him I order it all the time at Subway and he told me they don't do it at their location. I tried one last time and said, "Can't you just ring it up as a BMT?" He said no, we can't do that. I left. On my way to where I was going I stopped by the Subway on Greenback and ordered the exact same thing. No questions were asked and they rang it up as a BMT like every other Subway always does. Based on other reviews I read about this location this type of customer service seems to be common. I will not be back to this location.
