One of the time I came in I ordered the new hot honey chicken while I was eating it back at work I found a bone in the sandwich. All I thought was going to happen was either a refund or new sandwich. Did I get yes but after they argued with me basically calling me a liar. Now, when I order it's online trying to save time since I only have a 30min lunch. Multiple time after picking my meal and rushing to get back to work I would find my order wrong and have to make a trip back to get it correct. Now when I order online I push through as I am arriving to watch them make it correctly. They still get it wrong sometimes which i catch since I am there. I told them in the instructions I wanted my sauce on first which she proceeded to argue with me state it's not there. I asked her to look at the instructions again which she finally read the special instructions. I didn't want to leave a bad review but it does not look like they are improving. So when right food is great but customer service sucks. I wish I could go somewhere else but like I said I got 30 mins cant really go anywhere else without risking being late for lunch. So be careful when you order your online meals with them.
