- GWGage WittmannOct 28, 20251.0I’ve honestly never had such an awful experience at a Subway in my life. The staff at this location were flat-out rude and acted like doing their job was too much to ask. They forgot my entire footlong cookie, and when I politely asked about it, instead of apologizing, they accused me of lying and even suggested I was hiding it. I was completely shocked — that’s such an insulting way to treat a paying customer. On top of that, they make customers feel super uncomfortable for using promo codes, like you’re somehow doing something wrong for trying to use a deal they advertised. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve walked out feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This location desperately needs better management and staff who actually treat people with basic courtesy. I will never be back, and I highly recommend avoiding this Subway if you don’t want to be treated poorly for simply ordering food.
