I started noticing and I don’t know if it was a change in management it could be they’ve bought into the woke/DEI (Division, exclusion, and Inequality) agenda, you know the one that causes racism! and believe me hiring somebody because of the color of their skin and not their qualifications (merit) has caused so many problems in my life! Not sure what the cause is, but I started noticing outdated products on their shelves, and I don’t mean a week old, months, some of the items were years old! I stopped shopping there. Recently, I was given a Safeway gift card so I went in to use it, I should’ve known better! One of the items I purchased was Busseto, dry, salami, nuggets I especially like the spicy kind and mind you it’s not the Busseto dry salami nuggets that are the problem, it’s the fact that Safeway allowed the sell by date September 26 25 to be long past three months to be exact! Store manager, Peter Vandermat Please go and remove this item from the rack back in the meat department immediately! So yes, my New Year’s weekend I spent a lot of time in the bathroom, thanks Safeway. If I wasn’t a Christian, I’d be suing you.
