Received emailed confirmation that my order is confirmed just go to the store on my reserve date and pickup time. This is the closest Safeway to me, 35 minutes away. When I got there, all the employees were LOST. They stated they never seen a online email confirmation, proceeds to ask me several questions about my online order. After running around to all the departments I only got 1 item from my online order which was from the deli. Bakery and Seafood department didnt have anything for me. We were in this store for 30 minutes after my pickup time dealing with my online order. I spoke with Manager Dave about this issue. This is so unprofessional and what a inconvenience for your customer. I will not order from them again.
