- SSSunny6 days ago1.0At first the employees were very friendly, nice, and made my Double Rainbro very well—it was slushy as expected and not liquidy. However, over time, about a month or less, my rebel started to separate at the bottom and, what I presume to be the syrup/flavoring or Redbull, would settle apart from the actual slushy part. Every time I take a sip, I would be met with extremely strong sour liquid instead of my actual slushy. No matter what size I got, this would continuously occur. Not only this, but the customer service has seen a steady decline. The employees would rather chit-chat amongst each other than pay attention to their customers. Overall, I am very disappointed and will not be returning. If anyone else is experiencing this problem, I recommend Yuba city’s and Marysville’s Dutch Bros as well as the one off of the Galleria and the one off of Sierra College.

- DDdeeFeb 20, 20261.0I always get a blended campin freeze it’s been my go to for awhile but i’ve noticed when i order it at the lincoln location i’ve tasted different flavors that shouldn’t be there. I’ve tasted banana which a family member ordered the same thing and tasted it as well, and i’ve tasted coconut, im not a fan of either flavors so i was a bit upset. I know they are supposed to be washing the scoops under 180+ degree water in between drinks and i don’t believe they have been doing that. I’ve also noticed the freezes at lincoln being more liquidity than slush like the blue oaks location. Very friendly workers though!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
