  I saw only 5 cars in line so I decided to try it. which I am not a regular here nor do I frequent coffee outside of home but yesterday I stopped for an afternoon coffee. I ordered a black coffee “drip” She said they don’t have that but could do an Americano? I ordered a medium with light ice, They do not know what that means here! If that’s their version of Light ice I should’ve said a cube Or two! I got vanilla syrup In it, not sure how many pumps? No one asked since she was rushing me and I guess since I should have known as the newbie customer to ask? Funny how the employees damn neat stalk you at your car window yet yesterday two employees outside and I waited to order but was already at the window. Finally one girl helped me, no pleasantries and no smiles. I ordered basically a foot from the window- laughable at that point!? Coffee came out and it was see thru! It looked like watered down iced tea! It tasted awful! Who knows how many pumps of syrup were in it as I tasted none of it!?! Almost $5 for the WORST coffee and “mid day pick me up” EVER! A coffee Drive thru with no drip coffee and ok, but what you did serve me was terrible!!!!! I almost drove it back to the drive thru for a refund but I had an appointment! Never ever again will I come here or this particular location, maybe they’re not all like this? I have been to others in years past and this experience was NOT THAT! McDonald’s has drip coffee, , Pete’s, a Ma and Pa shop and darn near everywhere else….. for less and maybe even a smile with some clarification or assistance while ordering. You used to ask customers at other locations while ordering have you been here before? If yes, they’d say welcome back how may I help you. If no, then friendly follow up questions to be helpful. NONE OF THAT NICENESS! Guess the question now is why would I ever go back?! I will not. Thank you for reminding me why if an experience is bad as a buyer I am now aware and will not return.

  Dutch Bros Coffee in Lincoln, CA. I was driving through the town of Lincoln on Lincoln Road thinking, I sure could use some caffeination since I left the house super early without getting to tackle a cup of Joe. Then I eyed a Dutch Bros (DB) Coffee. It's a new one about four months old. I missed the first entrance but not to fret, I got a second chance entrance. I took it. There are two exits/entrances into the lot. Luv that. It was a pretty large standalone parking lot, lots of parking spots. I usually go through the drive thru versus parking & ordering at the counter. This time was no exception. The physical drive thru menu that's displayed, like all DBs, is condensed and is not a full complete menu. For a complete menu, you can look at their website or get their app. For frequent flyers, the rewards program is via app. I changed my mind, didn't order a caffeinated drink. I ordered something simpler and one of my favorite DB drinks... medium hot chocolate made with oat milk $4.75. DB does not up charge for dairy milk alternatives or toppings such as whip cream or syrup drizzle. Awesome. The drink was creamy and chocolatey. Divinely delicious. Mmm. The drive thru had double lanes and zippers into one. That is where a DB team member takes your order. Yup, a live human person in person. Plus like it or not the lines zipper, so a car in one lane could have gotten there sooner than the car in the other lane, but since it's a zipper... it's alternating cars regardless of which car physically got into the lot first.   This location is very hit or miss. The coffee is usually good, but even when ordering the same drink it comes out different each time. Sometimes the staff is engaging and very friendly and sometimes they are just dismissive robots. The only thing that seems consistent is a long wait time. Im talking 15-20 minutes even with just a couple cars in line, and for 1 single coffee. I will only stop now if there's like no one there. And let's be real, $10 for a coffee is insane, but their drinks can be delicious. Not my favorite location, but not the worst.
