I placed an online order and wasn’t aware they would cancel my order after I had already paid $30+. The person who answered was a male. And wasn’t trying to help at all said them canceling the order had nothing to do with him. Apparently they cancel online pick up orders if you’re not checked in before 1030am. Which would have been nice to know but the way he spoke to me was uncalled for. Do better.

The lady that delivered it was gone before I could verify everything was there. Every single item was cold to the touch, as in no heat left in the food. Don’t bother trying to complain on their app or website. Three times I got “ oops, something went wrong.” After I submitted my complaint. App order take out order number 1910 today.
