Rather make the 15 minute drive just for the Hanford location!!!! Service always sucks! Workers are rude! And why do they close BEFORE store hours?!?!?!? I walk in just to be told store is closed and I ask why since the door and online says otherwise just to get a rude response! The pale girl needs a new job! It’s always the same lady! Management needs to have a talk with their workers! And why have a closing time if they aren’t going to go by the correct time!

Today I went at 9pm because supposedly they close at 9:30. I tried ordering a milkshake and was told no because apparently the manager told the employee he cannot use the blender because they decided to close early and did not want to clean up again. The manger needs to be fired, they pick and choose when they want to close early or what orders they wish to do.
- JMJessie MarieSep 21, 20251.0been going here for a while for a single scoop ice cream cones. last time i went in, i order my single scoop and one for my husband as usual and some high school girl. didn't catch her name, gave me a half scoop. at best. the scoop was insanely small. i asked her about it and she was like no thats how they are. they weren't. so i reluctantly purchased them to show my husband who was right outside. and he was upset at how tiny the scoops were for 12 dollars, so he went back in to request the appropriate amount or ice cream, and the girl then told him IT LOOKS LIKE SHE ATE IT ALREADY AND THERE IS SOME MISSING. so she agreed with him they were small portions BUT BLAMED ME EATING THEM. i never ate them before i showed him in those two steps to go outside . my husband then asked her for either the appropriate amount or a refund, at which point she said she would need to call her manager and it might take a while. after he stood his ground, she walked away, spoke to another employee, and added ice cream. extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm appalled that they would lie to such a degree and blame their customer for their own mistakes.

Would give 000000 stars if I could. I never did get my order because the driver couldn’t get to it. Recommend using different ice cream shop.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
