  Took at least 20 minutes to get our food that we ordered at the kiosk inside. They forgot one of our french fries. Bathrooms were relatively clean. Seating inside the restaurant was limited.

  So this McDonald’s to the most part consistently serves orders correctly, and the quality of food is usually good. What I have learned to expect from any fast food restaurant over the years… I actually wanted to give our opinion on the new “Big Arch Burger”. Both my Husband and I couldn’t wait to try it! We did last night, and were immensely unimpressed. Honestly… we find the Big Arch Burger to be a hot mess!!! It’s like they wanted to create something new for their menu, and threw a bunch of things they already use onto a “new burger”!?!? The only things that are “different”, are the buns and cheese. Both are a huge fail. The bun is yucky. The cheese has absolutely no flavor at all. The Big Arch Burger tastes like a double quarter pounder that has way too much Big Mac sauce on top. Except this sauce is actually not as good tasting as the Big Mac one. This one tastes too tangy. The pickles do not go well at all with this burger. The crispy onions along with the raw ones… why?!?? What is the point of that? I LOVE onions, but found it strange. Choose one or the other folks. Anyways! It’s terrible. Would never eat that again. I’m sure there are others that like it though. This is just our opinion. I’ve been saying for decades that McDonald’s ought to bring back the “McDLT” burger. I’ve seen many other reviewers on the internet mention the same thing. That was hands down the best tasting fast food burger ever!!! Even if they brought it back only for a limited time! People would love it. What’s there not to like about a hot and fresh side!!?! The mayo made it too! As far as the foam packaging goes… there are people that will always complain. No matter what. Those people complain about businesses not using recyclables, so owners change to those useless brown ones that collapse and leak. How is that benefiting anyone?!? Then there are the ridiculous brown napkins… that are too thin, and one needs SO many verses one good napkin. Anyways! Consistency is the key to repeat clientele in any food and beverage establishment. There is nothing more disappointing than getting something one day and loving it, yet ordering the same thing another day… only to be disappointed in the preparation. That’s my only advice to this place. Otherwise it’s a solid place to eat in this area, and I do recommend it.
