  Stopped by so my 12 year old son could use the restroom. He had the door cracked open and one of the workers ran over and slammed the door shut on him and locked it in front of his face. Terrible place with Terrible people who work there.

  The absolute most filthy McDonald's I've ever seen! The bathrooms were so terrible, I refused to eat there. This place needs new management immediately and the health department needs to make a visit

  Completely unorganized. Had to go inside to get my Drive Thru order. They forgot to bring it out to me after telling me to park and they'd bring it out.

  I stopped by this McDonald's on my way back from Fremont. Since this store is right off the freeway, it was convenient for me to grab some food and change our baby daughter diaper. I used the app when we sat down inside to place my order and selected for my order to be taken to us at our table. After the order was placed, it said this location was pick up only. The bathroom at this Mcdonald does not have changing station for babies. I went to ask one of the worker if I pick up the food myself or will they bring it to me and she told me that she'll bring it. Our food took some time to come but when it did, it was delicious. I got the ten piece chicken nuggets, large fries, large cola and two hot n spicy McChicken. They place the large fries in a bag and not the usual container here. The large cola, they filled up for me but they still have the self serving station here as well. Our food was delicious and we had a great time dining here.

  Every time technology improves we lose another small piece of our humanity. The McDonald's I went to had a sign in front of the register that said "PLEASE place order at kiosk." I HATE those kiosks. Why can't a human take my order? It's SO much faster. Is it because they don't have enough staff to have one person taking orders? Maybe they could hire more humans . . .
