  First time visiting this location in years as there are far better sub sandwiches around the area. I was in a time crunch picking up Wingstop right next door for my family and decided to go in. No greeting upon entry and then when it came time to pay I presented my digital coupon on the Subway app. The lady said it wasn’t applicable and I asked for the manager. It was an older Indian man and he said it’s not working and he couldn’t honor it. I told him he should manually apply a discount as this isn’t the customers fault. Reluctantly, he applied 10%. I won’t be back & will be deleting this app off my phone once again.

  I don’t know her name catline? Maybe she’s the sweetest worker there she’s always talkative and always always makes sure to make your food right she’s new but she’s very sweet and genuinely such a kind soul

  Service was okay but they put less meat than what was normal which is a no no for me since their subs in general are getting pricey. The one in Sawtelle has much better quality overall
