  I love sonic but always get disappointed at this location either its their customer service skills, or they mess up my order.

  This location closed early even though both Google and the Sonic app clearly said they were open until midnight. That alone is frustrating, but the way it was handled made it even worse. The drive-thru employee was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero apology. I was told there was nothing she could do about a refund and that I had to deal with corporate. Customers should not be stuck paying for a business’s mistake while being treated badly. Update your hours and train your staff to handle problems professionally.

  I've been to this location a few times. The last 2 were disappointing. The wait time is ridiculously long. And both times there were mistakes made, but it's not worth the long wait times to fix. And don't bother trying to get the "support" from the app to fix it.

  Not sure why the service was extremely slow even though there was just one other car besides mine. I also waited for 20 minutes at the window for one item. Terrible service.

  needs new workers and management asap. their time response and service has been an issue for months now. every time i come it’s about 30 minutes and i would order just 2 drinks. absolutely insane. they don’t move with any type of speed at all.
