I contacted online help the first time and they said that they would contact the owner, nothing happened, no refund. They only sent me a survey after no one ever contacted me. Now the second time, I feel it’s best to leave a review since they didn’t learn from the first time.

I don't like that fact that I can't see her making my sandwich. Did she change gloves in between making a tuna fish sandwichand a roast beef? Just slapped the fixings on. Put a cold sandwich and a warm sandwich in the same bag. I know some of this might sound petty to some but I believe in giving excellent customer service. No personality what so ever. I will Never go there again.
