  needs new workers and management asap. their time response and service has been an issue for months now. every time i come it’s about 30 minutes and i would order just 2 drinks. absolutely insane. they don’t move with any type of speed at all.

  This establishment is extremely understaffed. The line was extremely long due to food not coming out fast enough, causing other customers to express their anger to the workers. The lady who served me was very kind and quick with my order, even with the long line, but with more workers this definitely wouldn’t have been an issue. Get more staff in there.

  Today I had went in to order for my boyfriend and I, but there was literally a worker or 2. A younger black presenting woman took my order, her attitude was very good despite how swamped she was. People were yelling at the staff over overdue orders, and it was clear as someone in food service that the place was incredibly understaffed. No complaints on the worker who had served us, but a huge complaint on management. Do better.

  I am really satisfied with the service I was given. There was only one worker getting the orders and serving the food from what it seems, and yet we still received our food as a reasonable time (about 5-8 mins). However, because there was one worker we didn't receive all of our food at once and she did have to correct her mistake. But we did sort everything out and she was kind enough to fix her mistake and give everything we had asked for. Great service, good food, and a very kind hard working woman.

  We rarely go here, but they are always super slow to get our food out. Tonight we went for the first time on quite awhile. We got to the drive-thru voice box and the women said please give us just a moment. Okay, no problem.... We waited for about 10 mins before saying "Hello???" To which the person responded rudely "maam, it's going to be awhile before we can take your order. You're just going to have to wait". We immediately pulled out of the drive thru to see only one person waiting at the window and 2 stalls occupied. The service here is terrible
