  ordered through the delivery app, went to pickup, there was no utensils when, i asked the lady, instead of just handing mr some utensils, gave me a while 1 min lecture on how I could have requested it on the app. Also, luckily i was planning on eating in the parking lot due to my long drive and noticed it was missing sauce that I paid for extra. when i drove back, she started pointing how it is, yea, barely any on there, this location has people have zero customer service and manager has no experience handling such a small issue.

  I love Chipotle’s food, but every time I go inside to place my order, I find myself praying that the woman—who looks to be around 40 years old—isn't working, because she serves a very skimpy portion of meat. In fact, sometimes when I see her and I’m not in a rush to eat, I decide to just go somewhere else instead. I’ve seen other comments where people mention that the amount she serves is a total joke; honestly, I don’t know if that’s how she was trained or if she thinks she’s doing the owner a favor. What I do know is that more than one person has decided to take their business elsewhere because of her—and I don’t think that’s good for the owner of this particular Chipotle location in Lathrop, CA.

  Absolutely pathetic experience at this Chipotle. The portions were a joke—the bowl was barely half full, and I literally got two tiny, pathetic pieces of meat after I asked for extra. It’s a total rip-off and felt like they were actively trying to starve us. Complete waste of money and a massive disappointment. Avoid at all costs.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’d like to thank this Chipotle location on Golden Valley Parkway for introducing me to a bold new dining concept: deconstructed burrito bowl, served directly on the sidewalk. Picked up my order like a normal person, took a few steps, and the bottom of their impressively thin, clearly cost-cut bag gave out with zero warning. Not a tear. Not a struggle. Just immediate structural failure like it had already given up on life. The entire meal hit the ground in one dramatic, slow-motion moment. To make things even better, the bag was overfilled, which I assume is part of the new strategy: pack it to the limit, then let gravity handle the rest. Result: - Bowl: destroyed - Food: scattered across concrete - Dinner: canceled - Faith in burrito engineering: shaken This wasn’t a clumsy drop. This was a packaging failure. If you’re going to downgrade the bags, maybe don’t load them like they’re still built to survive the journey. I’ve attached photos for anyone who enjoys a good “before it became street food” documentary. Frequent customer here, but I’d prefer my meals inside the container next time.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever had. One of the workers (tall Asian guy) that was loading up the bowls and burritos had the WORST attitude. I understand we all have bad days but this guy was so petty and rude, mind you the portions he was giving her insanely small, and when I asked for extra veggies he literally got the tongs and physically picked up 2 fajitas with it and threw them in the bowl lol there was no need for that, mind you these bowls already are expensive and to be getting half the portion it’s suppose to be is wild so of course I’m going to ask for more veggies. Another thing; he was throwing the things onto the counter for the other workers to pick up . Genuinely the worst service I’ve even had. If you don’t like working in customer service then leave. No one’s begging you to be there. There’s so many other people that want the job and won’t treat customers that way.
