  Dice 24h y los empleados a las 11:40 pm nos dijeron que estaba cerrado y ya no estaban tomando órdenes, y aparte habían clientes adentro de la tienda, perdí mi tiempo en venir hasta acá por buscar un restaurante 24h

  Love this subway they have the best customer service also Alayna makes the best sandwiches and is fast and gets the job done

  This subway is the worst. The employees are incredibly unprofessional. “Barbie” is very rude. They take priority over online orders rather than customers in store, choosing to deny options because they only have enough for “online orders”. Choose another subway to satisfy your craving because this one can’t do it!

  Spoke with Alex, who refused to toast sandwich after I called and personally requested. Her reason was because "the sandwich was already made" she told me she refuses to make my sandwich over and I would need to pay for both sandwiches. I informed her via doordash, subway does not allow you to add additional instructions vs ordering directly via subway app you can add. Her demeanor was rude and she told me she didnt care and it was ok if I reported it to corporate. Luckily doordash refunded me my order, but terrible experience first time in Lancaster.
