  To much homeless around the parking lot. It looked like some undesirable people inside eating very uncomfortable. Just use drive thru if you can ignore the pan handlers.

  POS kept declining my card, Manager and employees work with no urgency. They said they stopped taking orders past 8 PM yet they continued to leave the doors open and multiple customers, including myself, left frustrated. I waited 40 minutes just for them to tell me that my payment did not go through. I understand that you get busy, but there’s no reason that you can’t communicate that, wasting 40 minutes of my time for no reason.

  Worst McDonald's in Los Angeles county... Service slow, workers rude, and food wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! it doesn't matter if it's online, thru drive through, in restaurant, it's ALL TERRIBLE!! 😭 NO TREYS, NO OJ FOR TWO YEARS NO REFILLS. GO TO AVE K FOR SURE 😃

  Worst mcdonals I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. Every employee just walks right past you when you try and ask them something. I waited over 20 mins at the register to pay for my food nobody was interested in trying to help me

  Terrible McDonald's, they're very slow yet had a handful of employees working, standing having conversations. Waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. You can see that there is probably one or two of them actually working. Additionally their working areas look all disorganized with several bottle of syrups and liquids empty in their working stations. They get your order wrong had to check my bag right there and explain to them that they gave me the wrong order. Additionally the food/bag had a gross odor like something foul not like the usual McDonald's smell
