  It's McDonald's. Tried the new Big Arch. Could have used a little more sauce in it and patties were dry. Overall not bad.

  Every time I visit this McDonald’s they push you through the drive thru to trick their timer that they are serving customers quickly. Instead of waiting at the window for your food, they tell you to park in the drive thru spots to wait for your order. Today they sent me to a spot that wasn’t open. In fact, none of the “drive thru” or “order to go” spots were available. Those parking spots are for order ahead orders or drive thru orders that have a mixed up order, not for every single customer that comes through drive thru. In addition, our large fries were only 3/4 of the way filled up, a normal reoccurrence for this location. I used to work in fast food, you’re not supposed to ask customers to pull to the parking lot unless there is an unforeseen issue with their order.

  Horrible service got here at 8:18 pm on 3/25/26 the guy with glasses at the drive thru where he charges the customer he was running both drive thru and it was poorly managed I asked for food that he didn’t even put and I told him 3 times still failed to get the job done and while taking my order he started taking the other guy order at the same time as me yea I’m never coming back at least SFV knows how to get the job semi better then this poorly managed location

  Minimum wage has killed the service, people don't know how to prepare sandwiches. This fish sandwiche was just thrown together!

  HIGHLY IRRIATED AND ANNOYING WITH THIS STAFF The 20+ minute wait in line is utterly absurd and the worst customer service I've experienced AND THE REASON WHY I'M PROMPTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Early in the morning and employees can't handle more than one drive through line, and customers who are in the line instead of utilizing both speakers, they proceed to plug the line at one instead. Finally, at the end of the line got my food and what do you know that too was a disappointment Not only did they hand me a bag that had no sauce.No napkins.But my drink was a quarter missing from the top.I had to tell him sir there's quite a bit missing. Between the banter with other employees, you could tell. They really didn't care about the service they were providing . the gentleman was nice.However, poor customer service all the way around
