  Spoke with Alex, who refused to toast sandwich after I called and personally requested. Her reason was because "the sandwich was already made" she told me she refuses to make my sandwich over and I would need to pay for both sandwiches. I informed her via doordash, subway does not allow you to add additional instructions vs ordering directly via subway app you can add. Her demeanor was rude and she told me she didnt care and it was ok if I reported it to corporate. Luckily doordash refunded me my order, but terrible experience first time in Lancaster.

  The soda machine is filled with mold. They don’t clean the sauce bottles, and they change the expiration date on food so it passes inspection but you’ll still get sick from it. Management is always rude to employees and customers. Do not recommend any subway in the area as they are owned by the same person.

  I’m not usually one to write reviews but I think the staff here deserves to be commended for the outstanding job they continually do. My son and I come here about 4 times a week between midnight- 2:30am and are always welcomed by a friendly staff. Thank you to everyone for always providing great service.
