  This location is always out of something large coffee cups, creamer packs, or like today our system is down we’re not taking orders so there are closed!

  I had placed an online order, waited in line for a long time, and marked it as ready in the app. When I went in, I asked the representative what was going on. She had a very bad attitude and said she was the only one handling everything. She started to walk out, then came back, grabbed my order, threw it on the shelf, and I checked it. I waited for her and asked for a sketch, and again, she had a bad attitude. She grabbed it and threw it all over the counter top—really, I had to pick it up and put it in my bag. Lindsey is not a good person; she’s not polite or good to do that. If you're doing everything, please find another job. How is that our fault? Please find someone else, because that was so rude. Why would you want someone working there with a rude, miserable attitude? Linsey please find another job you are not happy and trying to give everyone your bad vibes and want everyone tknbe miserable like you

  The workers are disrespectful and rude and they have lots of problems when I tell them something is wrong with the order I door dashed some McDonald’s and I was one drink short and the lady on the phone was rude and being erosional for no reason told her I didn’t have a ride to pick up my drink and she yells and hangs up the phone never going here again McDonalds needs to start watching who they hire🙄🙄

  Great people working here. I order for my lunch here all the time and they usually have my order ready for me within minutes of ordering. Y'all rock!

  Horrible experience , horrible customer service. Expect for one worker he was very polite Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but thank you for being kind and helpful. But Lindsay on the other hand is the worst , I think she’s just naturally bitter. But if you don’t like your job look for something else . Customer service should be your priority and that’s something you lack . So from my understanding, you are only able to get two orders per car . I was picking up my sister’s fries she had previously ordered via mobile as (they should have been ready) . They refused to get give it to me in the drive through , they said I had to get back in line be I had already placed two orders . I asked if the doors were open, I can just get off . They said yes . Well upon getting off the doors were closed it was 9pm . I called the number and Lindsay picked up . She said that I had to get back in line again and she cannot bring me the fries because it’s closed and it was policy not to open the doors . The line of the drive thru was long I informed and explained to her . She said she couldn’t do anything about it . 2 mins later she opens the restaurants door and she comes out with someone else’s food and delivers them their meal in there car it’s was like 9:20 at that point . When I asked her if she can just get me my fries she refused and said she only got out because supposedly that customer forgot his order? I explained to her that it doesn’t Makes any sense and it’s literally not that Hard. She literally contradicted herself. And walks away as I’m still taking . I know it’s just fries but the way it was handled was not it . I Rather drive farther to get my meal instead of here . She should find another job that doesn’t involve her with customers. I can only imagine how she treats her workers.
