I went through the drive through and they told me to park on the side. waited a couple mins which i didn't mind. unfortunately, I didn't realize until i got home but they forgot some items. I tried calling the number on the receipt but the number is out of service??!! crazy! Im sure this is their way of avoiding upset customers, not cool!

Very disappointed with this visit. I verified my order three separate times, and the receipt clearly shows what I ordered. Even the food wrappers were labeled correctly, yet both the food and drinks inside were wrong. It honestly felt careless and avoidable. I don’t mind an occasional mistake, but when everything is confirmed multiple times and still comes out incorrect, it’s frustrating. This experience made me question the attention to detail at this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the manager’s attitude. When I asked for help with an issue with my order, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional, and did not try to resolve the problem. Customer service starts with leadership, and unfortunately this manager did not show that. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with respect.
