Upon entering the restaurant to inquire about my order, I was informed that it had been completed and mistakenly given to another customer. I requested a replacement, but I was informed that I could not receive one because breakfast service had ended. This response was disappointing and unacceptable, as it resulted in a complete loss of my breakfast meal after a significant wait. While I appreciate that I received a refund for my order, the time I spent waiting cannot be recovered, and it was not the ideal start to my morning. I hope you will take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
