They said they don't check balances in store and directed me to the # on back of card. So I asked for the receipt of my food transaction and they said, "we don't give receipts out when you pay with gift cards." When I asked why, she said she doesn't know. They DO give receipts out when you pay with gift card, it's a transaction... So that makes no sense. I do expect management to further train and educate their staff on proper customer service.
