    Yesterday, Feb 27th between 7-7:30pm My mother went to pick up an order of 8pc chicken, mashed potato’s, & macaroni n cheese. When she got home, both my stepdad and mom ate.They began to feel & go through each symptom of food poisoning. She then went back to the chicken noticed the texture different (old looking/slimy). Disappointed.

    Place is dirty, terrible service, they forget things, The chicken salad was bad, they used old ice burn lettuce old and not fresh very nasty and a lot of money for nasty salad, quality control is terrible and the place looks dirty and not clean.

    I USUALLY ALWAYS COME TO THIS EL POLLO LOCO AND I ALWAYSSSS COMMEND THEM FOR THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. … well today that wasn’t the case ….. I came in through the dt around 12:55ish and ordered a bowl… the lady proceeds to ask me if I want to compliment my food with guacamole; which I replied “sure” .. but when I got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card only enough cash to pay for what I originally ordered . I told her to take off the guac because I do not have enough .. she slams the window in my face as if that pissed her off … she then proceeds to give me my drink and I asked at the speaker “no Ice pls “ when I get my drink there’s ice in it .. was I mad?! No not really because it’s a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed in less than 20sec . She snatches the drink back as if she had an attitude.. I’m sorry that you have you work at El Pollo Loco BRENDA ….. if you want a higher paying job or a career for that matter…, try checking yourself into a trade or college … have a better day pls don’t take your frustrations out on the customer , we’re the reason you’re able to get that lil check you get !!!

    Ordered dinner for my child and I . Came home ate and it came right back up. Chicken tasted and looked weird; some raw pieces , some burnt/ extra dry pieces . Yall need to Do better .
