I came in through the dt around 12:55ish and ordered a bowl… the lady proceeds to ask me if I want to compliment my food with guacamole; which I replied “sure” .. but when I got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card only enough cash to pay for what I originally ordered . I told her to take off the guac because I do not have enough .. she slams the window in my face as if that pissed her off … she then proceeds to give me my drink and I asked at the speaker “no Ice pls “ when I get my drink there’s ice in it .. was I mad?! No not really because it’s a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed in less than 20sec . She snatches the drink back as if she had an attitude.. I’m sorry that you have you work at El Pollo Loco BRENDA ….. if you want a higher paying job or a career for that matter…, try checking yourself into a trade or college … have a better day pls don’t take your frustrations out on the customer , we’re the reason you’re able to get that lil check you get !!!

If you can help it, go to the one by costco. Im between both and wish I'd realized this earlier, throwing 2 or 3 bucks away for each bowl order for no reason if I go to this location. Check the app!
