The only other one near by is in Bakersfield and we have visited that location multiple times on the way to Visalia. It's always on point. From the greetings to the speed of their service. It's awesome. 5tarbucks would definitely have some competition on their hands. I will definitely be back.

I needed every drop in my mouth as soon as possible. Whoever made this had me ripping off the lid and eating the ice trying to get every last drop. As someone who has experience in the coffee industry, I developed a picky-ness as to how I like my coffee and unfortunately no one was able to make it quite right… until now. Congrats to whoever made this because you have been promoted to THE elite employee. May God continue to work in you and the coffee you serve because I’m not the same man I was 30 minutes ago. I came at around 10ish am on 12/30 and ordered a small iced flapjack latte 1/2 sweet with cinnamon sprinkles on top. Do what ever y’all have to do to find out who made this and deal with them accordingly.

The lines are long, no one is out taking orders, once you get to the window the staff is goofing off taking several minutes to look through Spotify for music/talking and texting. We ordered hot chocolate and the barista put hardly any chocolate in. Just tasted like hot milk. Very dissatisfied with this location. The owners need to retrain staff or set in place a manager who knows how to operate a high traffic coffee stand.

The guy (Anthony) is horrible you have to repeat yourself 4 or 5 times and even then he might still get your order wrong, he didn't scan our Dutch pass on top of that.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
