The only downside was the line can get pretty long at busy times. Overall, a solid coffee spot and I’d definitely come back.

I felt so bad because I was so indecisive on what I wanted but Evelyn was very patient with me and suggested so many good drinks. She really calmed me and just made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be returning to this location. And the iced latte she suggested was so delicious 😋.

- JLJada LNov 21, 20251.0The inconsistency at this location is crazy. Mind you I live in LA and I’m literally driving to Lancaster for a couple things this being one of them. I went I asked for a Horchata chai with strawberry soft top. There was so little Soft top, but you can literally just see the Drink through the top of the lid. It’s like they’re lazy or something. It didn’t taste like there was any extra syrup in my chai. It just tasted like a regular chai when it was supposed to be a Horchata chai. They took an extra second to give me my drink after they handed us the first one, so it’s one of those things where you think if they were trying to rush it out and ended up being lazy with it since that’s how my drink tasted and looked Normalize holding your tip until you get your drink. After so many times of my drink just being poorly made. I feel like I have to make a review. Try the other like three Duch locations in the area steer clear from this one. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review so I didn’t take a good picture at the time but you can see the level of soft top difference between mine and my boyfriends. If we’re paying extra I want what I’m paying extra for. Respect my money… Crazy I’m leaving a poor review about a company that is known for being extremely elated and pleasant. I had quite the opposite experience crazy. EDIT: After writing, this, I went to go look at the most recent reviews And the same day another customer left a comment about having a poor experience. Maybe it was your staff that day that you guys need to have a good talking to, but clearly I’m not the only one and something was going on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Staff was lazy and rude that day. I have never had such a bad experience at Dutch.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
