Born out of a passion for Filipino flavors and a desire to share them with the world, Cafe 86 was founded by Ginger and James who saw an opportunity to introduce the rich and diverse tastes of the American Filipino to a wider audience. Our journey began with a simple mission: to bring the unique essence of Ube to everyone we serve.
