When someone arrived, I was told they were on lunch. There were no signs indicating it was closed. Other worker called for service assistance, and no one responded. This is not okay when they are open for service. They have to problems asking for your hard earned money.

- TTTamalyn TrussMar 29, 20265.0I am 64 years old and I use a walker and Albertsons is my go to spot because every time I have been in here every single worker here have been very professional and helpful and they do not have attitudes, they seem like they love their jobs which makes all the difference, even the meat counter staff all the way to the pharmacy staff has been the same, professional and helpful with no attitudes, even when it rains, that's when two workers took my groceries out for me, one held an umbrella over me and the other worker took the cart out and loaded them, wow, I wanted to kiss them so Albertsons is one of my hangouts AND, whoever oversees the workers there they are top-notch for sure and got it going on. It's a positive atmosphere and I don't feel like this when I am in other places in the Antelope Valley, I be trying to get out sometimes but I can stay in Albertsons all day.

I am sure that is a health violation. There is one lady who worked New years eve. She has very polite and helpful. She had fried chicken made for everyone that need it. The lady in back I think she is a manager got angry with her.The main manager was helping me on a Saturday and was very rude. Get people who do not bring there bad attitudes to work and who cares about giving good customer service.
