They were somehow completely out of chili but wouldn't give me a refund, forgot the sour cream for the potato, and gave me ranch dressing instead of Caesar. It also took a very long time to bring out the order despite them not appearing very busy. Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other location you can find that isn't this one.

Drive-thru attendant tried to short change me one time when I was paying with a gift card. He told me that there wasn't enough money on the card to cover the whole order and it was more expensive than it really was. I gave cash and he didnt give a receipt. I asked for it then saw that he charged me too much. Also, if you ask for lemonade, the regular one is $1 more and they give that to you n charge the extra amount without asking. Must specify "lite lemonade" to not be charged extra. The drive-thru line can get pretty backed up (for Wendy's standards) around dinner time. Other than that, the food is what you'd expect.

And I will say the food was rather fresh and hot service was okay despite a young lady interrupting me while I was placing the order and the employees not instructing her to wait However the main thing that stood out to me was a large Roach that they were unbeknownst to until I made it come to their attention
