The issue that I have and the only reason why I’m writing this is because whenever I visit this Vons and it’s usually early in the morning and it’s the Manager lady I don’t know her name shorter Hispanic girl. I don’t like going to self check out never have. I don’t like it, but on this day there was an issue with a customer wanting discounts on every little item on her receipt for the poor check out girl had to go over her receipt, so I just walked over to the self check out Now as I’m scanning each little item in my basket I have never stolen any type of item not a piece of gum nothing ever in my life, but I’m scanning these cat packets of food. I had some in my hand as I was I guess I was going to quickly Anyway long story short the camera came on said somebody be able to help you this Manager lady was irritated. I guess she comes over and she asked me what happened. I said I think I didn’t scan one of the packets of the cat food. She goes well I’m gonna have to watch the camera so she goes back to whoever she was helping so I stood there waiting didn’t say a word. She comes back over view the camera counts the packet. Well, you didn’t scan three of them. That’s why She made me feel like I was trying to steal something. I don’t like that at all like I said, I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and I have never been a thief and I was treated like a thief by her. She always has an attitude. She’s never happy it doesn’t matter what’s going on in the store with her employees people calling out. I don’t know what it is. I’m a manager too. You better put a smile on your face and don’t let it show to the customers. I’m so irritated. I don’t normally complain about things, but I’m so tired of her attitude and I think you guys know who I’m talking about Other than that. I have no problems with the store, but your management needs a bit of a counseling session or something and maybe you guys should get armed guard I’ve been in there many times when I’ve witnessed people coming in with their baskets and filling it up with meat and everything else I can think of and they walk right out the store in your store does nothing about it And she wants to treat me like that. Not happy.
