I order from here all the time, so l didn't expect to be treated with such negativity and poor customer service, especially since I was the one who got my order stolen. I was treated as if I did something wrong, even though I just wanted to come to my neighborhood Chipotle for help with the issue. I spoke to two managers; one girl was very helpful, and I appreciate her, but everyone else responded with backlash and bad attitudes. This made me feel very uncomfortable because I am just a customer trying to get assistance with a stolen order. Instead of receiving good customer service and help, I encountered a lot of bad attitude and misunderstanding from the staff.
