- MLManuel Lopez6 days ago1.0I usually order Arby’s frequently from the Lakewood location but the last 2-3 times I’ve ordered whether in person or 3rd party they’ve really messed up my orders or forgotten something big time. I typically don’t complain or say anything but today was just the last time this happens. I went in trough the drive thru and ordered a “meat and 3 box” which advertises in the window cling a chicken sandwich, fries, a cobbler roll, and mozzarella sticks. I get my box and inside is a roast beef sandwich and jalapeño poppers. 2/4 items correct. To top it off I got no receipt in my bag so I couldn’t even go back to complain or a number to call the store. This location has really done down hill and the employees are the root cause of it. It’s not that hard to verify an order or assume and throw whatever you want into a box.
