  Worst buffalo wild Wings location I'vebeen to. Ordered to go twice and both times they messed up my order. Second time I had to drive back and told them the other 20wings were wrong flavor and didnt get my sides. They offered to get my order right. I asked if I can just go ahead and eat them there since my kid and wife's order was getting cold. They said, no. Last time Ordering from this location

  Have gone to this location for years and they consistently are inconsistent with their service. Everytime you walk in there is no hostess to be seen. I've waited over 15mins multiple times to even get any service after walking in. They're either always understaffed or the management isnt doing their job and multiple employees are are doing multiple different jobs.

  I placed an order online and went to pick up. Pick up said 6:20pm, my husband went inside to pick up and was told it wasn’t ready and to wait 5 more minutes. At 6:35pm (15 minutes later) my husband asked if the food was ready. The server replied that they only had one item done. My husband waited and at 6:50pm (30 minutes after initial pickup time), my husband now frustrated asked what was going on. The server replied that they only had 1 cook and kitchen was backed up. The server then told my husband he can cancel the order if he wanted to because it was going to be awhile. My husband told the server to just cancel the order. He was given a receipt. When I viewed the receipt it was a receipt of my order but nowhere in the receipt did it say my order was canceled and refunded. I called back and asked why my order was not canceled and the server, I believe named “Sky” replied, that he was about to notify his manager to cancel. This was 15 minutes after my husband left. He asked if he can call me back once it had been canceled. I said I will hold and speak to the manager. I was on hold for 35 minutes with no response and my money has not been refunded. This was so unprofessional from the manager Alex part for not even trying to communicate with the customer. It is 8:15pm and I have yet to hear back or get my money back.

  Brittany provided great service! Good-looking out on providing a to-go container for my daughter's mac n' cheese, when I didn't think to include that when asking for boxes. #aboveandbeyond

  Worse experience ever as we ordered our food where they charged $1 extra for potato wedges and $.60 for extra blue cheese without telling us nor does it say anywhere on the menu. We ordered a beer and liked our soda in a take out cup but never received our drinks. The food was mid as burger was dried and salty. We'll never come back again even it's free food
