I called and complained about her and the owner called back and defended her actions. He is the owner to the subway in Alpine as well so I am assuming their customer service at that location is just as bad. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means driving a little further. I tried to look then up on the BBB website to make a complaint, they aren’t even on there as credited company.
