Heavy set gentleman pointed to a sign after he handed me my food that said we are short staffed when I asked for the napkins for my $40+ order that he did not give me in my drive thru order. The dude was so rude I asked to speak to his boss and along comes the female lady who barely spoke English to back him up in a even more rude'r manner. These Managers they work the night shift have negative unfriendly vibes and it needs to be reviewed on the camera's how these two people that I mentioned are treating the drive thru customers. I specifically avoided this location based off my last three experiences.
