I have ordered from this specific store at least a dozen times, and both Google and the app state that they open at 10:30 am. Not only that, but if they truly are not open, then why was someone there to answer the phone? Why are you telling me the store isn't open when clearly the app AND Google state you are open and have been open for an hour? I called around to the Santee and El Cajon locations and confirmed that they, in fact, open at 10:30 am, but they will not deliver to my home because this location has rights to deliver. Shame on this location for being shady. Would love to just leave and pick up, but how can I if they say the store is closed? Would love to see you drive 15 minutes out of the way with a sick 10-month-old baby while you're hungry. I will be contacting corporate.
