Self service is 15 items or less, but 2 of the 3 lines open are also 15 items are less. The customer service desk is rarely staffed. Most employees are friendly, but staffing is a problem if you don't have endless time to stand in line. Paul really got on me when there were zero lines open for anything other than 15 items or less and I came through his line with 30 items. What was I supposed to do?

If I need something specific, like a prime rib, they can get it with some notice. Theres usually one of two Erik's working when I go. They're always super helpful and know what they're doing when it comes to meat.

People are in line for up to 15 minutes and once they get up to unload their cart, the cashier comes around and closes the isle in front of them with 3-4 behind in line. They don’t open another isle - just walk off. That is extremely rude and shouldn’t happen. It makes me not want to shop at this store so I only go when I have no other choice. Manners, respect, decent customer service means something.
