There should be a sign out front saying this is not a fast food restaurant be prepared to wait and turn your engine off. I feel like opening up a del Taco across the street and blowing you guys completely out of business.. it would be easy to do and I'm sure local residents will flock somewhere else where they are treated with respect and mindful diligence. Whoever owns this place or manages it needs to crack the whip. Seriously your employees are not earning the ridiculous minimum wage they are getting. Yes it gets under my skin that bad. And ross taco bell has the longest wait time out of Any other taco bell restaurants. Likewise they tend to always be out of one major component of a popular dish. For example, they've been out of the tortilla shells that is in the"Mexican pizza," on more th an one occasion for nearly a week. Or for the same dish, they didn't have the boxes so they couldn't sale them. And they were out of large drink cups for over a week. The customer service is above average, they're very friendly and helpful.
