The employee that took my order was completely clueless and seemed to be having a really hard time figuring out how to take my order and scan my app. I was redeeming a free Baconator, and she only scanned it once and said it wasn't working and she didn't even bother trying again. She tried getting help from who I assume was her manager and she seemed to have an attitude problem and would get annoyed every time the employee would ask her for help. When they finally gave me my food, I paid full price btw, the main bag was completely wet from the bottom and felt gross. So I presented it to the employee at the window and she told the manager and the manager was like, "what? Do they want another bag?" And that's exactly what she did. She just put the burger into another bag. Need better employees.

- SGS GarrettSep 21, 20251.0I just ordered a Baconator from Wendy’s and it was hands down the worst burger I’ve ever had. The bacon was flat, rubbery, and flavorless. The burger was dry like it came out of a microwave, and the bun was hard and overheated the same way. For what I paid, this was an absolute rip-off. Completely unacceptable experience.
